Shipping Policy
All wholesale blanks, blank customization, and custom production orders are processed with care and are typically made to order. Fulfillment for wholesale and pre-order items can take approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the product type and order volume.
Domestic Orders:
Delivery time is approximately 4–5 weeks, including production and shipping.
International Orders:
Delivery time is approximately 6–12 weeks, including production and shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and order volume.
We encourage customers to review the estimated turn around time carefully before placing an order, as cancellations will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase. After this period, the order will proceed with the original address provided, and changes cannot be made.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Cfour Studios is not liable for these charges.
Cfour Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly for resolution. However, we’re happy to assist with tracking and communication where possible.
For international orders, we primarily ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for smaller consignments, and by sea freight for bulk shipments. Domestic Indian orders are shipped via Delhivery, Shiprocket, or Blue Dart, depending on availability.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or any other issue, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
