At Cfour Studios, all products are made to order with premium materials and attention to detail, tailored to your specific requirements. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Cfour Studios operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) exporter, producing goods on demand based on client specifications. Therefore, Returns are not accepted.Returns & Quality Assurance
All orders are manufactured under strict quality control standards. However, in the event of manufacturing defects or damage exceeding 5% of the total order quantity, we may offer a partial credit, replacement, or discount on a case-by-case basis.
What Qualifies as a Defect?
Defects refer to significant manufacturing issues such as torn garments, holes, large oil stains, or major stitching errors that visibly affect the garment’s fit, silhouette, or structure (e.g., one sleeve being noticeably longer than the other).If a damaged item is reported after 5 days of delivery, Cfour Studios will not be held responsible. Beyond this window, we are unable to confirm whether the damage occurred during production or after receipt, and such claims will not be accepted.
All claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the shipment and must include photo or video evidence of the issue.
No Cancellations After Production Begins
As each order is made to order, cancellations are not accepted after 3 days from the date of order confirmation.
Customized or embellished garments (e.g., printed, dyed, embroidered) are nonreturnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Color Disclaimer
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and studio lighting. Minor shade variations do not qualify as defects.
Legal & Compliance
