01. Start Your Custom Order
If you’re interested in custom garments, begin your journey by submitting a free inquiry via our online form.
Choose your customization type:
- Blank Customization – Modify our existing blanks with your branding, printing, embroidery, or label changes.
- Custom Production – Fully manufacture garments based on your design, fabric choice, and specifications.
Upload your design files or tech packs with complete details (you can also download our Tech Pack Templates).
Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you promptly
02. Inquiry Review & Offer
After receiving your inquiry, a Custom Production Manager will connect with you via email to share:
- Pricing details
- Production feasibility
- Estimated timelines
We may request additional information if needed.
You’ll receive a custom quotation tailored to your specifications.
At this stage, you can also:
- Discuss modifications,if needed.
- Book a free consultation call (Zoom or WhatsApp) to finalize your project details
03. Sample Development
Once the quotation is approved and a bulk order is confirmed, we’ll proceed with free sample development.
- The sample is made as per your final specifications.
- You’ll receive the sample to review fit, fabric, and design.
- Any revisions needed will be discussed and implemented.
- Bulk production begins only after your approval.
04. Bulk Production Begins
After sample approval, we move into full-scale production:
- Fabric Procurement & Knitting
- Dyeing & Washing
- Cutting & Sewing
- Printing & Embroidery
- Labeling & Final Finishing
- Strict Quality Control for every piece
We keep you updated throughout the production process.
Timeline varies based on the complexity and order size.
05. Shipping & Logistics
Once your order is ready, we handle everything from packing to shipping.
- Choose between air shipping (FedEx/DHL) or sea freight
- We accommodate all shipping preferences, including FOB, DDP, or any agreed incoterms
